Born between 1997 and 2012, Generation Z is just entering the workforce. They’ve grown up in scarier and more dangerous times than most living generations, because they saw so many tragic events during their childhood. From the 1999 Columbine High School shooting to the 2001 attack on the Pentagon and World Trade Centers to the 2008 Great Recession to the 2020 Covid shutdowns, this generation was robbed of much of the innocence of childhood. But there is something to be hopeful for as they enter adulthood. In this lesson, Glenn explains what that is.
