Dear Glenn,

I have a salesperson who believes that she is invaluable to our operation and behaves like a princess. The problem is that her performance is mediocre at best. She brings in an average amount of business by maintaining previously established accounts. I realize a salesperson’s ego is important and do not want to crush her spirit, however, her behavior is on my last nerve.
