The Silent Generation
The Silent Generation is generally defined as people born from 1928 to 1945. While few are left in the workforce, Glenn always starts with them because they’re the last generation that got almost everything right. They believed in traditional values like honor, duty, and sacrifice. Legendary producer Steven Spielberg paid homage to this great generation in the 1998 movie “Saving Private Ryan”. In this section, you’ll understand why their exit from the workforce is such a tremendous loss.
